Sunrise Radio is once again set to host its annual summer event, the Asian Lifestyle Show, at London's Olympia Grand Hall.
The music and culture event returns for the third consecutive year. Organisers hope to attract over 30,000 people to the venue over three days.
A vast array of exhibition stands will feature food, clothes, ayurveda, astrology, beauty makeovers and treatments, health products, career advice and more.
As with previous years, SET Asia will be Sunrise's principle media partner. The event will also be supported by sister station Kismat Radio and Asiana magazine. Ticket prices have been kept at £15.
The Lifestyle Show is joint venture between Sunrise radio and Himalaya Shows, Events and Exhibitions.
A joint statement by managing director of Sunrise, Tony Lit, and Vijay Saggar of Himalaya said: "The show is an advert for all the truly great things about the Asian community in the UK and their contributions to British life.
"From the mouth watering live cookery demonstrations, vibrant fashion shows, top music performances, the best of Bollywood and above all the best in retail therapy with up to 300 exhibition stands."
Bollywood celebrities such as
Lara Dutta, Preity Zinta, Arjun Rampal, Kunal Ganjawalla and Vivek Oberoi are being flown in from India for the event. They will be joined by singer Raghav and soap stars from SET Asia. There will also be fashion shows throughout each of the three days, organised by Ooops Events.
AIM magazine revealed in April that the show was also going to be held in Birmingham next year in March.
The Asian Lifestyle Show will be held on 14th, 15th and 16th July 2006.
